yang terletak cukup strategis (berada di jalur alternatif Cileungsi – Jonggol ke arah Cianjur dan Puncak, Jawa Barat) merupakan anak perusahaan &lt;a href="http://ciputra.com"&gt;Grup Ciputra&lt;/a&gt; mengalami perkembangan cukup signifikan. Berdiri di atas lahan sekitar 600 ha, perumahan &lt;a href="http://ciputra.com"&gt;Citra Indah&lt;/a&gt; saat ini telah berhasil dikembangkan sekitar 30 persen. Berbagai cluster, serta fasilitas umum/fasilitas sosial (fasum/fasos) telah dibangun untuk mendukung kenyamanan hunian di perumahan &lt;a href="http://ciputra.com"&gt;Citra Indah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bertemakan 'Kota Nuansa Alam', pengelolaan &lt;a href="http://ciputra.com"&gt;Citra Indah&lt;/a&gt; yang membidik segmen pasar kelas menengah ini diarahkan pada konsep hunian yang sangat menekankan kepada penciptaan sebuah lingkungan hidup yang harmonis dilengkapi dengan prasarana dasar yang memadai.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sejak tahun 2002 seiring dengan membaiknya perekonomian Indonesia penjualan rumah di Citra Indah meningkat pesat. Respon masyarakat yang begitu antusias tentunya tidak lepas dari semakin meningkatnya daya beli masyarakat secara umum dan tingkat kepercayaan konsumen Citra Indah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Misalnya saja, jika dibanding tahun 2003, pada tahun 2004 total penjualan rumah dan kavling cukup besar yaitu mencapai 900 unit. Setiap cluster yang diluncurkan selalu dapat diserap masyarakat. Sehingga saat ini, stok unit yang kita pasarkan tinggal sedikit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sementara di tahun 2009 ini Citra Indah juga membuka lagi cluster-cluster baru. Di samping itu, dengan langkah cukup optimis, di tahun 2009 ini management Citra Indah sudah menyiapkan strategi dan terobosan baru untuk menggenjot penjualan rumah di Citra Indah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Selain meningkatkan mutu pelayanan, management &lt;a href="http://ciputra.com"&gt;Citra Indah&lt;/a&gt; telah menyiapkan dua program unggulan, yaitu telah membangun kawasan komersial Citra Indah Town Square di depan jalan utama (Jalan Raya Jonggol) dan menyempurnakan fasilitas transportasi untuk penghuninya dengan Trans Feeder Citra Indah yang menggandeng investor swasta terkemuka dan berpengalaman dalam bidang  transportasi di Indonesia.
